Wow, that's a really cool photo! Is it F. grandifolia or F. sylvatica? I remember you saying there were a lot of European beeches planted in yor area.

Thanks! :-D I think it's a Eupoean beech! It's at the cemetery--I'll look ore closely next time I am there.
