It was an important job and I loved it.This is a smudge painting I did of my daughter Erin with a Robin's egg. It's from a photo taken in 1981. And a detail from the smudge-painting.

NICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! SOO CUTEEE!!! How did you do it?
I did it in photoshop using the smudge brush--I painted over the entire photo as if I were making the painting from scratch using a smudgebrush set at 40 strength.
