At the Beach near Eureka, California

At the Beach near Eureka, California. I recently helped my friend Leaflady move to California, and while I was there, I took these pix and about 300 others. The first image contains a rock formation of an old India woman looking out to sea. Click images to view larger. I used the batch edit function on Irfanview to batch resize these so I hope it worked OK, I forgot to check before I started posting 'cause I'm trying to hurry! These pix are for the beach theme in PhotoFriday. Check out what everyone else posted!

Great shots! My favorite is the anemone. Did you take it underwater?

Thanks so much Neva and Blue Rose.

Yes, they are sand dollars, we found quite a few of them, 8 or 9 whole ones and lots of partly broken ones.

The anemone was taken from above, trying to block the sky, but there is a wee reflection in the lower right.
