Art, photoart and Photography by me. Imagik = image magic. Magic is the effect that image-play has on me. I hope to share that. Images, eclectic, whatever turns me on at the moment. My creative play. To say it, cross imagination with magic.

Coast Redwoods
Coast Redwoods, by Mary Stebbins Taitt. From my trip to California. Click image to view larger.
More redwoods! I play with my pictures with Picasa, and I have chosen another model for my blog hpy bis. Then I modify the HTML code when publishing. Instead of 400 pixels I put 800 pixels wide. But you need a blog model that is sufficiently wide itself. Like the one I have. On HPY it wouldn't work. There I can put only 512 pixels wide. Is this clear???
I looked at the choices of blog templates and did not see any that were different. I will have to look into this because I really love your wide pictures.
Hey Mary, This is a kind of creative thinking & blog I like, I am also working a lot 'with photo's" on the PC, to make it looks better, overall I like photograpy (as yours) for 'making your own world and style'
I even followed the Academy of photograpy'i Amsterdam, but NO WAY, they teach you only 'technical' things which is 'working with the camera' I almost lost my creativity, so when I finished this school ( this school is 4 years) , I became creative again.
Now a question: do you (like to) work with a special program? Such as Photoshop 7? I do, and you?
I am not that creative (yet) as you are so I think I want to visit you more often, please visit mine too? I like advice.
If you do not like to comment on my blog, you can also write me an email (is in my profile from blog, under 'email')
You could make me a house in redwood. Or any house you wish to. There are NO rules. The contest started under my post "Concours", and even though it's over, you can still participate as there are - see above - NO RULES. Drawings are accepted, photos too. Everything that I can post. You post it on your blog, or you send it to me by mail. Happy drawings!
Hi Mary, I told you so yesterday that I was (and still am) very impressed by your photography and style you publice your blog (all your blogs are great )
I hope you like it but I awarded your blog for that:
I passed you a nomination for your excellent and creative photography, you're really an inspiration for the photography-blogs.
You can copie the award from my blog and paste in into you side bar. (look at the 2th post of today or in my sidebar for the logo)
Sorry it's been a while since I've visited. I've been sick and haven't visited any blogs lately.
You have a lot of great new stuff to look at! I like the perspective of this one, and the way you captured the lighting. Hope you had a nice time in California.

Hi JOAnn, I LOVE photoshop, though I do not always photoshop my photos. It's great fun. Thanks for your great comments! Mary :-D
