The second is a postcard I did at home when I bought some new Micron brushes on sale for $2.39 each at Utrech, and 4 new tubes of paint. I used ONLY those brushes and paints to make the picture. They are: ultramarine blue, golden Lake, Verzino violet (which looks like pink to me) and Alizarin Crimson. It's fog rolling in off Lake Huron at the Piner with bank swallows. I was going to paint some larger (closer) ones but decided I liked the minimalist look. Both are made on Arches cold press paper.
