Thanks so much Andrea, Jacob and Laura. I was away yesterdayday and missed your comments. I have a lot to catch up with. I'm finishing the first draft another (short, children's) novel--still a lot of work. I'm mostly working at the retreat house,w here there is no internet, so I beg your patience.

Andrea, you are right on--that was the effect I was going for. Sometimes, that's what aging feels like.
