Beached: Dead Fish on the Shore of Lake St. Clair
My guess is most people won't like this photo. People seem to be looking mostly for images of kittens, puppies, babies, flowers, and scenics. But I like it. If you have a comment, positive or negative, please add it!

I like it. This is the kind of thing you see when you walk along the shore.
I am also one of those people who likes the smell of dead fish. I mean, I like that fishy smell you get near the shore ....
Thanks jo(e)
I like those smells, too (within reason). The ocean smells different from lakes or rivers, though there is also a commonality.
Most people, maybe? That's because they don't look for the beauty. It's like happiness. Yoy must work for it to receive it. It doesn't come, just like that, running after you.
Thanks for your thoughtful comment, hpy!
I am almost painfully sensitive to beauty and see beauty in places other people don't always seem to see it. Soemtimes people think I am weird because I find dead fish beautiful! LOL!
Yes, the working part for me is learning to be receptive and keeping myself open.
