  1. I wanted to comment on the Polenta postingon No Polar Coordinates but it didn't work.
    You prepare polenta rather often I guess. How do you cook it in the first time, with water or with milk?

    I like your grren leaves too. Could be good with the polenta!

  2. Thanks so much, Happy! Actually, I don't have it all that often, but when I make it, I then eat it several times because I make a big batch.

    I cook it in water because I'm allergic to milk.

  4. I like the greens too, and I did make a bacth with greens in sauce over polenta. (Last night, I made a curried stir-fry with vegetables and polenta cut in chuncks--it was amazingly good!)
